About this audiobook
Karen R. Weaver started her formal caregiver journey when her husband suffered a massive stroke at the age of 39 in 1995. She didn't know at the time that she would also later provide caregiver support for her mother and father. Over the past 24 years, she has been a caregiver, raised a family with her husband, managed and retired from a successful career, completed two additional graduate degrees and served as a part-time Local Pastor. In addition to sharing her caregiver journey in this book, she has included questions and prayers to encourage and inspire other caregivers to keep going and perhaps consider sharing their own stories.
