About this audiobook
Their father is Luke Jensen, supposedly killed in the Civil War. Their uncle Smoke is one of the fiercest gunfighters the west has ever known. It's no surprise that the inseparable Ace and Chance Jensen have a knack for taking risks—even if they have to blast their way out of them. Chance is a bit of a hothead, good with his gun and his fists. Ace is more of a thinker, sharp as a snake bite and just as deadly quick. Their skills are put to the test when two young ladies ask them to protect their struggling stagecoach line from a ruthless, bloodthirsty mine owner with money, power—and enough hired killers to slaughter half the territory.
Those Jensen boys have to ask themselves: What would Smoke Jensen do?

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Title: Those Jenson Boys!Author: William W. & J. A. JohnstonePages: 336Year: 2015Publisher: PinnacleMy rating is 5 stars out of 5.Westerns...what is it about these books that tend to arrest the attention of a person and then draw them into history? I like westerns because of the action, adventure and characters of the genre. There are some authors who don’t merit my attention or time, but the Johnstones do! Why? Well, one reason is the craft of writing a good story was passed down from one generation to another. Second, there is usually a minimal amount of cussing with no sexual stuff. Finally, the most important factor is the author’s ability to weave a great story! In Those Jenson Boys! readers are introduced to the sons of Luke Jenson. These boys, Ace and Chance, are very different from each other, but very closely knit brothers. The Jensons know their family history, stick by each other through all situations and they know how the other one will more than likely react in a situation without words being spoken.I found it very easy to get lost in the tale, waiting with anxiously to see how they would help two young women along with their father fight against a man who wants to own the town. The action was exciting. The situations the main characters found themselves in seemed to require cunning besides a quick draw and the ending was a surprise. The brothers fight alongside the underdogs, which makes readers just want to cheer them on to bring down the “bully” of the town.I hope you will read and enjoy the adventure penned by the Johnstones as the book was outstanding! Grab a copy and then prepare to spend a summer afternoon lost in the Old West!
