NLP is a exciting new term of Neuro science where we can study ourselves even further with the help of science. I don't mean to helpo you all the technicalities and the help that you can get from the study in here, but I would love recommend you this lovely audio book on behalf. Studying NLP for me has been a real eye-opener. I am one of those people who has to read something several times for it to really sink in. With this story approach to NLP, it gave me another perspective from which to consider how to utilize different aspects of NLP. I'm still working on trying to tie all of these things together... NLP, EFT, Law of Attraction, and the likes. It's a lot to absorb but I like keeping an open mind and reading all kinds of books. Hopefully one day I will put it all together. There are lots of great NLP books out there. I have read several of them. In my opinion, you can never have too many books in your library. Neuro-linguistic programming is a great way to "model" top people in a field of your choosing. It's also a great way to treat phobias depression and in some cases the common cold. I also picked up the Robert Dilts books to go along with this one because it rounds out a collection very well.
