SWEDISH MEATBALL-INSPIRED NACHOS

SERVES 4-6 | PREP 10 MINS | COOK 35 MINS | EASY

Simmer for 15 mins to thicken the sauce and cook the meatballs through. Stir in 1 tbsp of chopped and season well. While the sauce is thickening, layer a 200g bag of into a baking dish, scatter over 125g of grated or other , and bake in the oven at 200C/180C fan/gas 6 for 10 mins to warm through and melt the cheese. Spoon over the meatballs and sauce. Scatter over 75g of chopped , a few teaspoons of or and more dill.
