• 320g pack chicken mini breast fillets • 2tsp light soy sauce • 1/4tsp freshly ground black pepper • 2tsp cornflour • 2tbsp vegetable oil • 1 red, yellow or orange pepper, cored and cut into 2cm thin strips • 75g mangetout, trimmed • 1tbsp Sichuan-style hot and spicy stir fry sauce (we used Lee Kum Kee) • Fine egg noodles, to serve
