Binky Felstead, who is pregnant and expecting a boy to join five-year-old daughter India and 18-month-old son Wolfie, is on a mission to get mums to take care of themselves.
“ You can’t be a good mummy if you’re not feeling good in your head and yourself,” says the businesswoman, mum and former Made in Chelsea star.
She’s also keen to make sure her whole family are fighting fit and healthy, especially at this time of year. The 32-year-old has been working with supplement brand Sambucol as part of its Cost of a Cold Campaign, and says: “We do all we can to keep as healthy as possible. We eat lots of fresh fruit, make lovely vegetable soups and we’re out walking the dogs.
