The wellness industry is booming and it continues to come up with some weird – and expensive – trends (yoni egg, anyone?). But not every celebrity is eager to throw themselves completely into it.
“Life is about balance, isn’t it?” asks popular broadcaster Tess Daly.
However, she adds, that doesn’t mean she doesn’t look after herself. “I am big on selfcare and I’ve got a geek-like interest in nutrition,” she says. “As women, you need to show up in so many different areas and you’ve got to stay well for that.”
