Salmon balls with slaw & avocado cream

Serves 4 Prep time 20 mins Cook time 25 mins Cost per serve $4.80

2 corn cobs, husks and silks removed, each cut into 4
4 x 130g cans skinless and boneless salmon in springwater, drained
2 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup reduced-fat, Greek-style yoghurt
½ cup panko breadcrumbs, plus ¹/ ³ extra for rolling
1 egg
1 avocado
1 x 350g packet kaleslaw kit
