I have been involved in sports since childhood and while I had a competitive side, I do believe that it was the pure fun in fitness that drove my motivation. My love of running began at age 15 and as I traveled through different cities, I always knew that all I needed was my music, and some sneakers regardless of weather or place. Throughout my pregnancies, I continued running, I knew that I needed to keep moving my body.
