CHILLI COD IN TOMATO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 400g can tomatoes
- 100ml white wine
