Eat soup, SHIFT POUNDS

As the winter draws in, there’s nothing quite so comforting and filling as a nutritious bowl of hot soup. And those steaming bowls of goodness could help you shift some lockdown weight, too.

‘You can have the same vegetables and proteins as in a juice cleanse but in a hot soup, which is more sustainable as you’re getting a proper meal,’ explains nutritionist Vicki Edgson.
