BAKED FISH WITH ANCHOVY CRUMBS

COOK TIME: 15 MINS

SERVES 4 (AS A MAIN)

50g crustless sourdough white bread or gluten free bread
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
6 anchovy fillets in oil, drained
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp chopped rosemary leaves
Freshly ground black pepper
4 (about 150g each) skinless and boneless white fish fillets
800g Zerella Baby Spud Lite potatoes, halved, steamed, to serve
400g green beans, trimmed, steamed, to serve

to 180°C (fan-forced). Line a baking tray with baking paper.
