Hake with lemon and almond Tenderstem broccoli

Almonds are a great source of vitamin E – just 25g provides around a third of your daily fibre intake, so they won’t sabotage your diet.

SERVES 4

2tsp olive oil
4 x 120g (3½oz) skinless hake fish fillets,
400g (14oz) Tenderstem broccoli
1 lemon, halved
50g (1½oz) toasted flaked almonds
1 Sacla Pesto Pot

1 Rub 1tsp of the oil over the fish and season with salt and pepper. Heat a small, non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat and cook the hake for 2-3 mins each
