Sweet Cherry Hazelnut Muesli
INGREDIENTS
½ cup uncooked oats
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
1 tsp pure maple syrup
½ cup fresh, pitted chopped dark sweet cherries, such as Bing or Lambert
¼ cup roughly chopped hazelnuts or other nuts
DIRECTIONS
1. Place oats, soy milk, and maple syrup in a mason jar or other type of sealable container. Shake or stir to combine.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. When ready to eat, stir and top with cherries and hazelnuts.
