2 x 24cm pizza bases (see notes)
100g tomato pizza sauce paste
150g mozzarella, sliced thinly
100g prosciutto slices
30g baby rocket leaves
1/3 cup (25g) shaved parmesan extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling (optional)
