About this series
"Win the morning, win the day."
You've probably heard that a thousand times.
And it makes perfect sense, when you wake up, your brain is in a highly suggestible state.
So, what happens to you in the hour after you wake up primes your brain for the rest of the day… for better or worse!
Are you going to be happy and productive, crushing your objectives and end the day feeling proud of yourself?
Or will you be lazy and irritable, sloppy and unable to focus on what really matters?
You already had both kinds of days …
And anyone would love to have a system to always experience the first one.
Which brings us to Morning Routines and why they're so popular right now:
The idea that with the right set of practices you can consistently start your day feeling great and productive is incredibly appealing.
But which one should you do? There are thousands of different routines just on YouTube alone …
Should you go for the "optimal morning routine," the routine that gives you "superpowers" or the "billion-dollar" routine?
Every content creator and guru is telling you something different.
Should you follow a quick 15-minute routine or an hour-long one?
Maybe you should journal, have cold showers, work out, fast or eat a special kind of healthy breakfast …
Or maybe you should meditate, look at your vision board, do some self-hypnosis or shoot affirmations in front of your mirror …
It's all a mess!
And it gets so confusing that many people just give up. They just drink their coffee and go to work.
At the Neuromastery Lab, we decided to look at the neuroscience behind various practices to determine which of them are effective.
Our goal is not to give you a one-size-fits-all routine, but to provide you with a collection of proven techniques that you can tailor to your goals and personal preferences.
This way you can decide whether you want to incorporate them into your own personal routine.
In this book, we'll share examples and insights to help you create YOUR perfect morning routine, while debunking common misconceptions and mistakes along the way.
We tried to keep that book short cause we know your time is precious and that topic has already been very overcomplicated.
Inside you'll discover:
- A simple 5-minute practice to anchor your circadian rhythm and improve sleep quality (you have to do it as soon as you wake up)
- Are you experiencing an energy crash after your lunch? Discover one easy yet counterintuitive way to prevent that afternoon slump and stay productive all day.
- How to kickstart your norepinephrine system early in the morning.
- Should you work out in the morning or later in your day? What science says.

- The Neuroscience Of Dopamine Detox: NeuroMastery Lab, #1
1
"All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone." - Blaise Pascal. Do you feel compelled to do things you don't enjoy? Does your mind feel like a battleground, where good decisions lose to impulsive urges? Did fun activities stop being as enjoyable as they used to be? Then your brain might have been tricked into releasing too much dopamine. Dopamine is the molecule of desire and drive. Without it, we can't achieve anything. But modern society has hijacked it! Every day, companies or media desiring our attention bombard us with notifications and distractions, manipulating our brain chemistry for their benefit. Smartphones, YouTube, social media, video games… Our brains don't stand a chance. What is the solution then? Some suggest going on a dopamine detox until your dopamine levels drop. Does it work? Yes … kind of … it's complex… Dopamine Detox is riddled with misconceptions and lacks solid neuroscientific support. Many so-called experts exploit this trend for easy views and clicks, with little regard for the complexities of the human brain. Here's the truth: Dopamine "detox" has nothing to do with dopamine levels and everything to do with dopamine receptors. When overwhelmed by dopamine, our receptors downregulate, making us less sensitive to dopamine released during meaningful activities. That's why you don't really feel the dopamine released during challenging activities, even though it's still there. Instead, you feel a general lack of motivation and even activities you used to enjoy doing don't seem as pleasurable anymore. So instead of a Dopamine "Detox," you should go for a Dopamine Receptor "Reset." However, if you want to act on your dopamine receptors, 1 or 2 days a week or a month are not going to cut it … You must do it for at least two weeks! But let's face it: abandoning modern society and its technology is impossible for most of us. We rely on it for work, education, and everyday life, and distractions are omnipresent. So is it possible to reset our dopamine receptors without having to leave society behind? Well, that's why I wrote this book. To empower you with a deep understanding of dopamine reset and equip you with scientifically proven strategies and protocols to regain control over your mind. Inside you'll discover: The common myths and misconceptions about the concept of dopamine detox The true role of dopamine in our brains and lives What exactly is the Dopamine Theory of Addiction? The scientific evidence of dopamine detox's effects on your brain How to tailor your dopamine detox to your personal goals and needs Never relapse again: How to make sure you stay dedicated to your dopamine detox Some additional lifestyle changes you can make to improve the benefits of your dopamine detox How to maintain long-term benefits after your detox And much, much more… As you're reading this, the irony is that you're probably having a little dopamine rush. And that's great, but don't be fooled—the hard work begins now. So if you're ready to control your dopamine addiction... Then Scroll Up And Download This Book Now!
