Description

The world is on fire right now. Burning with fear, hostility, anger, sadness, frustration, anxiety, stress, tension, violence, war, poverty and pandemics.  It's so critical that those spiritual beings must share their knowledge and wisdom with everyone else.  Today, I launch my podcast, and the first episode provides a guided meditation session.  I've been studying and practicing Buddhist meditation for about 10 years.  When I found Buddhism I was completely burnt out after a serious corporate burnout lasting about a decade.  When I found meditation, I instantly noticed an immediate and tangible reduction in my anxiety and stress levels.  I felt like meditation was a wonder drug.  

This meditation mainly focuses on calming and relaxation, and there are som very practical tips I wish someone would have told me in the beginning.  HINT- I learned a lot of this the hard way ?.  Sending my love to you all.  If I can help anyone, please let me know.
