Feeling lost or behind or like you have no clue what's going on is not fun, but we find ourselves in that space quite often. So rather than resisting it, I'm pushing myself to embrace the feeling of being a beginner in all areas of my life. Today, I'm talking about being a beginner in my fitness journey, but also about how it applies to entrepreneurship!
