1.5 oz yuzu liqueur
.5 oz simple syrup
Elderflower Tonic Water
Mint

Directions

Muddle Yuzu liqueur, simple syrup, ami mint in a shaker

Add gin and ice and shake

Strain over ice in a rocks glass

Garnish with mint

Contemplate the absurdity of the human experience
