3/4 oz Cointreau

1 1/2 oz Cognac

1 oz Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp Mango Jam

1 Egg White

Tonic


Dry shake all ingredients

Add ice and shake until well-chilled

Strain into a chilled highball glass

Top with tonic water
