Until We Meet Again


2 oz Mezcal

2 oz Coconut Water

2 oz Lime Juice

1 oz Orgeat

1/2 oz Olive Oil

Mint

Pinch of Salt


Muddle mint with lime juice in a mason jar or shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Pour, add ice, and garnish with mint and lime.
