Description
Let's take a walk and listen to this interview with Pattie Grimm, speaker, trainer, coach, and author of, "Quiet Women Never Changed History," and shares five best practices that all women need to do. Pattie started her career as a teacher then after being laid off due to budget cuts, went from being a part-time teller to one of the youngest female vice-presidents for a big California bank by age 28. It was at that time that she decided to quit and start her own business. In 1998 she was hired by Microsoft and in 2010, 2011 faced a health scare that almost ended her career. Since then she has made it her mission to help women help themselves. Listen to this conversation with host Natalie Benamou and Pattie Grimm as they discuss action steps you can take today. 5 Best Practices Every Woman Should Do: 1. Be strong, play of your strengths, find roles and opportunities that fit your strengths so that you can be more productive. 2. Stand up-and you need someone to stand on. 3. Stand out, be valuable, be visible and be vocal. 4. Put yourself number one on your things to do list 5. Pay it Forward by lifting other women up.
