Jessica focuses on the inner game of life, encouraging clients to explore vulnerability, adjust their mindset and pursue their unique vision for their life.
Jessica received her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University, and then adjusted course to live and work in NYC, a longtime dream. Leveraging a natural compassion and interest in personal development since a young age, Jessica moved back to LA and to pursue her master's degree from UCLA and become a licensed psychotherapist, providing psychotherapy to individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, and depression, children in foster care, and sexual assault victims.
