A lot of people turn to porn to spice up their sex life.  Porn in moderation is fine for most couples.  Some people can get into the extreme where pornography is getting abused and it becomes an addiction. Some people say that at least 65% or almost two-thirds of young people are actively seeking out pornography weekly or even more often. Teenage girls are more likely to seek out porn than older women. Pornography receives more traffic than Netflix, Amazon and Twitter combined each month, and almost a quarter to 40% of downloads are porn-related. Porn gives a huge kind of shoot up of dopamine. In this sense, porn acts like heroin, meth, opioids, even sugar in stimulating that reward center of the brain. If you are constantly overdosing on dopamine, you’re not able to function in a normal sexual encounter. Porn addicts sometimes have to withdraw like drug users and may experience symptoms like loss of libido, insomnia, irritability, panic despair, and flu-like symptoms. Examine how often you are looking at porn. If you find yourself retreating every day to watch it, that can be an issue.  Your next best steps...
