On this episode of the podcast, Chip is not on the show, but Phillip is joined by his old friend Joe Merle. The 2 of them start the show by discussing comic conventions, friendship, and movies and movie directors. Phillip then reads a comment from last week. A trailer is played for the movie, and then Phillip plays a bit of Quentin Tarantino talking about when he first saw Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein when he was 5 or 6 years old. Then Phillip reads the general information about the movie. It's then time for Listener Opinions from Instagram and Twitter. Joe and Phillip then discuss other movies that are horror comedies. Then the two discuss the greatness of Abbott and Costello and the Universal monsters. They have a really fun conversation. Phillip then gives his Phil's Film Favorite of the Week; The Conversation (1974). It's then time for the randomizer to pick the movie for next week...The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean (1972).
