Whether we realise it or not, we are all playing roles to a certain degree in our young adult life. Some of us continue to play roles our entire life. We don't know who we are! This is not only tiring but it is not the way life is supposed to be. Let me share how I discovered that I was playing multiple roles and what I have learned from this process.
