Description
Déjà Vu? Ever feel like you've been in this exact moment before? Well, it's called Déjà Vu. This is, of course, a French word meaning, "already seen". It is a crazy and kind of cool experience that we have from time to time. But what about when it's not cool, only crazy? I mean when you say, "How did I get back in this situation again? You can have this feeling with tension at work, or in your finances, or even in your relationships. Here's the thing... when it happens at work, you can blame a number of things there: the boss, your co-workers, the company, the clients. When it happens in your relationships, you can blame a number of factors caused by the other person or people. But when it happens to you aside from these things, it's a harder pill to swallow.
We set patterns in our everyday life that we often miss unless we have another perspective or opinion. In this episode, we will look at how many patterns we establish actually affect our relationships. We can break the cycle, but we have to see it first. We will discuss this dynamic today on Truly Pivotal Moments.
