In this episode, Dr. Daniel Correa sits down with documentarian Cynthia Stone, and Walt Dawson, lifelong Alzheimer’s advocate and policy expert. Cynthia discusses the creation of Keys Bags Names Words, a documentary film about hope in aging and dementia. Walt shares how his father’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis when he was just ten years old led him to speak out and work towards policy change for Alzheimer’s Disease. Next, Dr. Correa speaks with Dr. Bruce Miller, a behavioral neurologist with the Global Brain Health Institute who studies the underlying mechanisms of neurocognitive disorders and is a world-renowned expert in the diagnosis and management of dementia.
