By now you should be very clear about who you are and have a few key words or phrases that you can use to start creating your mission statement. If you have not done this first step, make sure you go back and listen to Part One of this series which is Episode 8. "Who you are" defines your foundational beliefs. "What you do" determines how you live out those beliefs in your community. Your Mission Statement is one of the most valuable tools you will use to help you establish and guide your community.
