And doing that consistently is what's important.How do we take a social media Sabbatical?You have to get your nose out of your phone and the air pods out and be present.  Even if you just delete the apps from your phone for the weekend, or, the holidays.  Just practice that presence and look for opportunities where you can tell a story or an experience you could elaborate on that is inspiring and you can share with the world.  You can still have content going up multiple times a week on social media, just use a scheduler and repurposed content.How do we know whose advice to take on running an online business? Ask yourself, am I making these decisions on my own, or am I letting someone else make these decisions for me?  I think there's a difference between seeking out information and a proven process or system that you can implement in your own business or getting coaching from someone who has a proven track record and can help get you where you want to go.
