A total of 263 people have the Coronavirus at this momen, up 32 cases from Thurday and still 2 deaths total reported total.  As of today, Friday, March 27th, 2020, Alejuela, San Jose, Escazu & Santa Ana still seem to be the hot spots in Costa Rica.
