In this conversation I chat with Shae; a sexual wellness coach who supports women in finding a deeper connection to their body and sexuality. We’re talking all things sex including how we can claim our sexuality as new mothers and how we navigate our sexual relationship with our partners. We also talk about sex positive parenting; how we as parents can best support our children to feel grounded in their bodies and not placing shame around feeling pleasure in the body.
