Meet Carly Kerndt

Carly Kerndt is the CEO of Fly Dog Digital. She started her business in October 2020 after getting laid off from her job due to COVID. She had a really hard time finding a job so eventually, she said, "if nobody is going to hire me, then I am going to hire me" and she started her business that very same day. She began as a Virtual Assistant, mostly because it was such a buzzword at the time, but quickly pivoted to being a Social Media Manager. Fast-forward 2.5 years and they are a full-service digital marketing agency working with clients internationally.  They have 4 full-time employees and 5 contractors - so they’ve grown quite quickly!
