Unlike the Central, the NHL's Pacific Division poses much more intrigue and fantasy value heading into the 2022-23 season. On Wednesday's episode of the Locked On Fantasy Hockey Podcast, Flip and Steele dive into the Pacific Division rankings, predictions, and preview for the upcoming year.

The San Jose Sharks, Seattle Kraken and Anaheim Ducks make up the bottom-three of this division, but all three clubs still pose some spicy fantasy value, especially in the young stars of Jamie Drysdale, Matthew Beniers, and Timo Meier. After that, the Vegas Golden Knights should slot into the fifth seed in the Pacific after being dealt the blow of losing number one goalie Robin Lehner for the entire season. While they still have some superstar pieces in Mark Stone and Jack Eichel, their trio of goaltenders (Laurent Brossoit, Logan Thompson, and Michael Hutchinson) leaves so much to be desired.

Where the quality is, both for fantasy and overall standing, in the Pacific Division is with the Calgary Flames, Los Angeles Kings, and Edmonton Oilers.
