Description
Tracy Nathanson is the dynamic founder of Pace of Mind Therapy an innovative psychotherapy practice that combines walking or running outdoors with talk therapy. Tracy is herself an avid runner, having completed several marathons, and is a licensed psychotherapist. Pace of Mind Therapy combines her two passions, moving out in the fresh air and empathic talking and listening. Tracy was formerly in television production and has a masters in broadcast journalism. She is also a mom of two young men (one in college and one recently graduated during the pandemic). In her early path, she had every intention of pursuing a career in broadcast but found that she was more drawn to the personal stories of the guests she was booking than the nuances of television programming. In this episode, Tracy walks us through her career evolution, and shares how she put it all together to launch her own business doing what she feels she was born to do.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
