Remko has been coaching and facilitating multicultural and highly challenging contexts in the civil society for the last 2 decades.
His professional journey has taken him from his native city of Rotterdam to Bangadesh, India and Mozambique, working in various advisory and leadership positions for international NGOs and their networks of partners. Today, as a senior Integral Facilitator, Master Coach as a consultant, he brings over two decades of civil society experience in his coaching and facilitation practice  to support executive leadership teams and their organizations across the globe. His approach is based on the principles that: 1/ any improvements in your “outer game” are deeply linked to the “inner game” - and that this is true for leaders, teams, organizations, networks and whole societies; 2/ there is a world to discover at the intersection between individual and collective development, 3/ that the current predicament of a VUCA world offers unprecedented opportunities for growth.
