He has been a member of the CRR Global faculty since 2015, leading the full range of ORSC courses worldwide as well as supervising on the ORSC Certification program. He was the southern Africa partner for CRR Global from 2012 to 2020. Prior to that, he was the co-founder and first CEO of a hi-tech start-up serving the social development sector in the early 1990s in Johannesburg, South Africa – a business which still thrives independent of Mish. He sees the extraordinarily diverse, purpose-driven company he helped to found almost like a third child, along with his two flesh-and-blood sons.  For over 20 years, CRR Global has accompanied leaders, teams, and practitioners on their journey to build stronger relationships by focusing on the relationship itself, not only the individuals occupying it. This leads to a community of changemakers around the world. Supported by a global network of Faculty and Partners, we connect, inspire, and equip change agents to shift systems, one relationship at a timeWe believe Relationship Matters, from humanity to nature, to the larger whole.
