This is incredible for getting into the subconscious mind and rewiring new beliefs. I recorded this with the help of sound frequencies to calm the nervous system and allow your body to receive deep healing. Sleep is a time for renewal and a time for deep wisdom to come through. My full nighttime routine:I take key vitamins: Vitamin B Complex, Trace Minerals, Prebiotics, Probiotics, and a Multivitamin. I like to split these between morning and nighttime. In the evening (after dinner) I will take vitamins, when my stomach has food on it and go for a walk. And, I try to not eat after 8PM. This allows the body to focus on healing instead of digesting. I have a family ritual: We share one thing that went really well for the day, and one thing that did not go so well. Then, after we listened to each person's share, we asked how we can be of support for that person. For example, I'll be like, ‘Hey, I'm going to be on the road or I'm flying out. I'd really love someone else to make dinner tonight.’ And then someone can volunteer to make dinner. This is where we get to offer up our gratitude for the day we get to pray for each other. I like to start with 10 gratitudes: I have sheets, a bed, hot water to shower, breath to breathe. I have hair, I have legs, I have hands to hug, eyes to see… and keep going and going....
