As women, we can do hard things, and we are stronger than we know. But at some point every woman needs a few tools in her toolbox when it comes to managing the challenges life throws our way. As a highly sensitive woman, these tools have helped me to adapt and overcome every challenging situation that has come my way. Something doesn’t go my way, I have an argument with my man, my energy levels are challenged, I’m having hot flashes…whatever it is, I have leaned on these tools time and time again to get me through and to help me live my beautiful life. Have a stressful day? Instead of reaching for a glass of wine, try meditating, taking a walk in nature or calling a friend…. Angry at your spouse? Instead of fuming and acting in destructive ways, try Elegant Acceptance, EFT (tapping), breathwork or putting on some kick-ass music and moving your body to work through it! Feeling overwhelmed and anxious? Meditation, yoga, calming music, and breathwork can help. These are the tools that have kept me grounded, feeling connected to myself, and fuel me to live my best each day. Play music whenever you need a lift, when you need to focus or when you want to relax. 9/ Support System Surround yourself with friends, family and mentors who pump you up, soothe you and help you get back up when you’re feeling flat. 10/ Media Indulge yourself in books, podcasts, shows and movies that nourish your mind and feed your soul. Find things that inspire you to be a better version of yourself. 11/ Elegant Acceptance Helps you go from victim to victor. 12/ Supplements** These help you boost your energy, overcome stress and maintain health naturally.
