So we called in the incredibly brilliant neuroscientist, Dr. Kristen Willeumier, to learn more about the easy way we can improve our brain function to feel sharper, more energetic, happier, and healthier.Dr. Kristen Willeumier has her PHD and Masters in neurobiology, Masters in Physiological science, and is an award-winning neuroscientist with expertise in neuroimaging. She was a postdoctoral scientist in the Department of Neurology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA, where focused on the genetic analysis of neurological disorders. She’s also the recipient of a National Research Service Award Fellowship from the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Willeumier has led research on the impact of head trauma in sports with the NFL, and she’s published research on PTSD, autism, psychiatric treatment, and much more.   We dive deep on the nitty gritty details of all the lifestyle tweaks and medical studies, so we’re breaking this interview into two digestible parts.
