Description

On our last episode, we introduced Dr. Brad Lichtenstein. Dr. Brad is a naturopathic physician who has spent his career teaching and practicing mind-body medicine, mindfulness, and meditation. This topic is crucial to optimal health, yet many patients find it intimidating and don’t know where to start. Today in part two of our interview, Dr. Brad dives into what mindfulness is, and how to cultivate mindful practices. Additionally, if you stick around to end of the show credits, Dr. Brad also leads us in a mindful meditation.
“Mindfulness means attention to the present moment without judgement or without elaboration. A lot of our suffering is because we are living in the judgement of something and missing the moment.” – Dr. Brad Lichtenstein
