Description
My guest today is performance coach and author, Greg Harden. Even though Greg has worked with some of the world's top athletes, such as Tom Brady, Michael Phelps, and Desmond Howard, to name a few, his latest book, 'Stay Sane in an Insane World,' was written with the intention of each of us becoming an expert on ourselves.
He shares concrete techniques to help us be our best selves so we can bring that to whatever role we need, whether it is CEO, coworker, partner, parent, or athlete. Greg teaches us to control the controllables, not worry about the rest, and why it's okay to be afraid, and to stop worrying about or criticizing ourselves for feeling afraid in situations. He emphasizes how important it is to commit, improve, and maintain. Enjoy!
