Description

On today’s episode I have the great pleasure to talk to MAPS (Multi Disciplinarian Association for Psychedelic Studies ) founder Rick Doblin, PH,D. We discuss the progress of using MDMA assisted psychotherapy as a treatment for all types of trauma ( PTSD, sexual trauma, childhood trauma etc). Along side my co-host Elijah Allan-Blitz we learn how the process of getting FDA approved is going and what it looks like to go through one of these experiences. I admit when it comes to a lot of this, I have been uninformed and therefore wary of these types of drugs. After talking to Rick, my mind is opened up to all of the amazing opportunities that these psychedelics could offer so many people who are truly suffering. Enjoy!
