DJ Steve Aoki is today’s guest. He discusses his early days growing up as one of the only Japanese kids in his neighborhood, and how music helped set him free and gave him a place not to be self conscious. There were plenty of months in his early days that he wasn’t sure he was going to be able to pay the rent, but he followed his passions. Fast forward to today where Steve is juggling love, work, and his philanthropy with the Steve Aoki foundation.
