Description

We know that after a lower extremity injury like an ACL tear, there are often joint-related symptoms such as swelling, loss of motion, and instability. But as we learn more about these injuries, there appear to be several neuromuscular consequences as well.In this episode, I talk to Terry Grindstaff from Creighton University about his research into these neuromuscular consequences after an ACL injury, and how this could impact our initial rehabilitation, return to sport progressions, and even long-term consequences years down the road.Full show notes: https://mikereinold.com/neurological-consequences-of-acl-injuries-with-terry-grindstaff----------Want to learn a complete system to help people restore, optimize, and enhance their performance?Enrollment in my Champion Performance Specialist program is opening soon.   We only open the doors to new cohorts twice per year.  Click here to learn how to join the pre-sale VIP list to save $300 and enroll a week early to secure your spot.
