Description

Two of the busiest and most multifaceted human beings, Tina Muir and Zoë Rom, recently published a book they wrote together: “Becoming a Sustainable Runner: A Guide to Running for Life, Community, and Planet”. Tina, founder and CEO of Running for Real, a successful podcast and community for runners; mother of two; and former elite runner, and Zoë, editor-in-chief at Trail Runner magazine and writer; host of the DNF podcast; and elite trail runner, were united by shared passions for both running and the environment. They share how every runner can better support their own endurance journey, find joy in the process of becoming, and improve their mindset and self-talk.

In this episode we talk about:
-the book writing process
-defining sustainability: ways to sustain your running, community, and environment
-you are enough: finding balance and rejecting perfectionism
-the importance of play and joyful movement
-growth through risk taking
