Description
In 1913, Carl Gustav Jung devised a meditation method that allowed him to reach his imaginative unconscious, experiencing waking 'visions' that led to his most enigmatic work: The Red Book.
I have tracked down his descriptions of this method through his later lectures, and have created an approximation of what Jung was doing. Included here is a guided meditation episode for your exploration of your own imaginative unconscious.
Please follow all the steps accordingly! (DO NOT operate any machinery / vehicles while exploring this method. And consult with your therapist if you have a history of schizophrenia or psychotic disorder.) I would love to hear about your experiences when you try it!
