Here are Belicia’s Four key points:

Get comfortable being uncomfortable and EXTEND your comfort zone. This act will lead to greater opportunity. Ask yourself if you can achieve your dreams without extending what you are capable of?

Build relationships so that when a new opportunity arises, you are first person who is considered for the role. Do this by asking where you can help and proclaiming where your skill set can be beneficial.

Don’t believe everything that is said about you; listening to the advice or criticism of others is not always to your benefit. Meaning, don’t carry that critique around with you and turn it into negative self-talk. Evaluate where you can improve, do the work, and let go what’s not serving you. Overcoming that challenge and creating positive self-talk will create a better version of you!

First impressions are vital. You only get one chance to make a first impression – make it count.
