How NIADA uses coalitions to defend and protect their advocacy interests and other tactics for their legislative success. Interview with Brett Scott, Vice President of Government Affairs for National Independent Automobile Dealers Association. 
With multiple years of hill and private sector experience, Brett comes to NIADA as the new Vice President of Government Affairs. He most recently served in the Department of Transportation's Office of Government Affairs under Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao. Prior to his work within DOT, Brett served as the Director of Government Affairs for the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) which represents a majority of the cruise industry around the world.
Finally, before moving into the cruising industry, Brett represented the largest shipping company in the world, A.P Moller- Maersk covering all aspects of their conglomerate.
