Robin Troutman is the Deputy Director at the National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities where specializes in organizational management and events management, and member engagement and advocacy.  Robin has been working in the nonprofit sector for over 15 years.  She received her Bachelor's from Binghamton University and her Master's of Management from the University of Central Florida.  She lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband, 2 boys, and dog Joy.
